Employees of the state of Texas were celebrated last night in San Angelo. State Senator Robert Duncan and State Representative Drew Darby hosted the 24th Annual San Angelo State Employee Picnic at Chaparral Shelter at San Angelo State Park. More than a thousand local state employees and family members attended.
