The Tom Green County Commissioners' Court was a commissioner short Tuesday. It was the first meeting since precinct four commissioner Yantis Green pleaded guilty in federal court to the theft of more than 62-thousand dollars from the water control district. Some 20 people have expressed interest in filling Green's seat, from which he resigned earlier this month.
