A Grape Creek man was arraigned Monday in Crockett County on a charge of first-degree murder. 27-year-old James Wesley Sherrer is accused of driving a pickup that struck and killed 31-year-old John Sepulveda. The Texas Department of Public Safety says it happened Saturday on a ranch in Crockett County. The incident remains under investigation.
