Tom Green County Commissioners have increased a maintenance fee on foreclosed property. They took the action at the request of the city of San Angelo. The fee will go from 300 dollarrs up to 500 dollars. It covers the cost to the city of keeping properties up to code between the time they are seized for failure to pay taxes and when they are sold.
