This Saturday, the San Angelo Police Department will host a Memorial Ceremony to honor the memory of a fallen Austin police officer and former San Angelo police officer. Saturday will mark one year since Jaime Padron was shot and killed in Austin after responding to a Walmart store to investigate the report of an intoxicated man who was shoplifting. The ceremony honoring Padron will take place outside of the police department at 401 East Beauregard at 6 PM. This public is invited and encouraged to attend.
