The San Angelo Police Department and the local Department of Public Safety are searching for a wanted suspect: He is identified as 34-year-old Guadalupe Robert Ruiz Junior, also known as Robert Ruiz and "Grizzly." He is Hispanic, six feet, 320 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes and tattoos on his back and chest. Ruiz is wanted for engaging in organized criminal activity.
