The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for parts of west central Texas, including the Concho Valley. Thunderstorms are expected this morning with a chance for severe weather in the afternoon and evening south of Interstate 20. The primary threats will be locally heavy rainfall, large hail and damaging winds with tornadoes a possibility.
