The woman who died in a vehicle crash in the 3300 block of Rockbrook Drive on Saturday has been identified. Police say she was 56-year-old Patricia Ann Willinger of San Angelo. They say that, just prior to the fatal crash, Willinger was involved in a hit and run crash causing property damage but no injuries at the Southland Baptist Church on Meadowcreek Trail. Damage was estimated at about 12-hundred dollars. Investigators Willinger's truck was then westbound on Rockbrook when it hit two signs, a parked car and a tree. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
