The San Angelo City Council will hold a special joint meeting with the Planning Commission this morning starting at nine o'clock at the Convention Center. Among the topics they are expected to address: the increased demand for RV parks, sparked by the coming oil boom. At its regular meeting, the Council will watch a demonstration of software that would allow water customers to access their usage data online.
