San Angelo City Council members approved a proclamation that calls for Sunday, April 17th to be a day of prayer for rain.
They also heard from TxDot Engineer Donald Peterson that the historic Lone Wolf Bridge might be refurbished on schedule. The plan is to reopen the bridge as a pedestrian walkway by May. The project is federally funded.
