The Public Utility Commission of Texas is going to be taking a look at Texas power generators. State Senators passed a bill that authorizes a report on whether they are prepared to provide continuous electric utility service, even during weather emergencies. The measure was prompted by the cold snap last February that created some rolling blackouts.
