A reminder from the city of San Angelo: despite this weekend's rainfall and higher lake levels, Drought Level Three went into effect as of midnight. That means no outside watering of lawns and shrubs. Luckily, according to the city, no landscape will need it before the Water Utilities Department has time to calculate how much lake water we have available and the City Council has time to act if the water supply meets the standards for a lesser drought level.
