A reminder for residents of San Angelo. As of today, in accordance with Drought Level One restrictions, outside watering is limited to once every two weeks. However, watering can occur at any hour of the day. Those restrictions will remain in effect through March. There is also an additional surcharge for residents using more than 25-thousand gallons of water in a month. That is two dollars for every one-thousand gallons over the limit.
