City of San Angelo trash pickup and landfill fees are increasing slightly as of today, with most residential customers paying an additional 65 cents per month for garbage collection. The City Council approved ordinance changes that raised fees for residential and commercial garbage collection and for landfill charges. The increases were necessitated by increasing operating costs at the city's landfill, which is managed by Trashaway Services.
