San Angelo-based Shannon Home Health earned a spot on the HomeCare Elite 2012 list which recognizes the top 25 percent of home health agencies nationwide based on performance measures in quality, improvement and financial performance. This is the seventh consecutive year for Shannon Home Health to receive the honor. Additionally, the program earned a spot in the Top 500 agencies for the second time in seven years.
