Angelo State University’s new commander of the ROTC Detachment 847 is Lieutenant Colonel Stephen Magnan. He’s an ASU ROTC graduate who has earned the Meritorious Service Medal, with five oak leaf clusters. His last assignment was in New Mexico. He replaces Colonel Mike Buck, who retired.
