A New York group is filing a lawsuit that challenges the new law in Texas that requires pre-abortion sonograms. The Center for Reproductive Rights filed a class action suit in U-S District Court in Austin, arguing the law improperly forces doctors to deliver government mandated speech when describing the fetal features to the patient and treats women as less than competent adults.
