San Angelo City Council Takes on Water Issues

Tomorrow, San Angelo City Council members will consider adopting an ordinance that would annex about 200 acres of land southwest of the existing city limits, including the Lake Nasworthy Power Station, an adjacent electric substation, some land with electric power transmission lines and a segment of right of way for Red Bluff Road. Council members will also discuss where water from the Hickory Aquifer Water Development Project should be treated. The Council meets tomorrow morning at nine in the McNease Convention Center.
