Goodfellow Air Force Base has a new commander. Colonel Thomas Geary handed command over to Colonel Mark Damiano in an hour long ceremony, this morning. About three hundred personnel from all branches of the military passed in review. Damiano has been at Fort Meade in Maryland. Geary is going to the National Security Agency and Central Security Service in San Antonio.
