The National Weather Service says we will continue to have near critical fire weather for the next several days, generally west of a line from Throckmorton, to Abilene to Ozona. If spending any time outdoors, take care to keep yourself hydrated. And, use extra caution to prevent accidental wildfire starts. Use string trimmers, not mowers on tall dry grass, and don’t park vehicles near dry grass.
