The San Angelo Police ran an undercover operation and determined that three local businesses were selling synthetic marijuana, which is a violation of a city ordinance that went into effect, last December. Officers seized 238 bags of the product and issued citations at Smokers Outlet on Southwest Boulevard, Smokers Outlet on North Chadbourne and New Era on Sherwood Way.
