A young man who ran track for Eldorado High School and just graduated has died. The Texas Department of Public Safety says 19 year old Jorge Medrano was jogging across North Divide in Eldorado about 10pm one week ago, when a pickup heading to San Angelo on U-S 277 struck him. Medrano suffered a head injury, hip injury and internal bleeding. No word on whether charges will be filed.
