The Powerball jackpot has rolled over once again. There was no winner in the weekend drawing, so the prize is now up to 400-million dollars. A single winner choosing the cash option would win 230-million before taxes. That's the third-largest jackpot in Powerball's history. Saturday's winning numbers were 21, 24, 36, 42 and 45; the Powerball was 15. Powerball is played in 43 states, including Texas, plus Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
