Immigration issues make up the agenda of the 10th annual West Texas Legislative Summit, which will be held today in the CJ Davidson Conference Center at Angelo State University. Some 200 people are expected to hear discussions on topics including immigration reform, border security and law enforcement concerns. Among those scheduled to speak are Congressman Mike Conaway, State Senator Robert Duncan, State Representative Drew Darby, San Angelo Police Chief Tim Vasquez and San Angelo Chamber of Commerce President Phil Neighbors.
