The city of San Angelo says residential and business customers continue to do a good job of conservating water. On Saturday, San Angelo used 15-point-nine million gallons of water compared to 18-point-two million on the same date last year. Keep in mind that, with the city under Drought Level Two, watering is allowed only once every seven days.
