The San Angelo Civic Ballet has awarded the Susan Templeton Kinney Spring Gift to Angelica Ybarra. It's a 500 dollar scholarship given to a level four student to be used toward their professional dance aspirations. Ybarra plans to use the Award to attend a summer program with the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet.
