San Angelo's Fire Marshall Don Vardeman says the blaze that burned Old Time Pit Bar-B-Que did start out in the restaurant's cooking pit. An employee fired up the pit for the day and moved to a different part of the building to work. A build up of grease likely fueled the flames out of control. It's been ruled an accident.
