New I-D requirements for Texas voters on a fast track in Austin, this week. The bill would require a photo I-D for most people trying to vote. Today, lawmakers are hearing testimony about legislation designed to crack down on illegal immigrants in so-called "sanctuary cities." And, House are debating legislation that would require a woman to get a sonogram before having an abortion.
