The San Angelo Chamber of Commerce will announce the winner of the Jefferson Civic Leader of the Year Award, tomorrow, during the monthly membership luncheon at the Fort Concho Commissary. The Award winner will represent San Angelo at a national competition, this summer, in Washington, D-C.
