The Angelo State softball team was crowned the Lone Star Conference South Division Regular Season Champion, despite losing two games over the weekend. The Championship tournament starts Thursday, with Angelo State taking on Cameron in Durant Oklahoma.

The Angelo State baseball team beat Cameron in the final game of the regular season but it was not enough for the Rams to make the playoffs. The Rams lost two games before that to Cameron, and for the first time in school history, ASU baseball failed to make the Lone Star Conference Tournament.
