Homes Sales Hold Steady in 1st Quarter

In the Texas Quarterly Housing Report, San Angelo’s home sales were down eleven percent, but the median price increased 19 percent, in the first quarter of 2011. Statewide, Texas homes are maintaining their value, despite a tick in sales volume.
