San Angelo fire officials are investigating the cause of a blaze that destroyed a house on East 21st Street, Saturday night. Jack Yell says he’d just had the electricity turned on in his house and an outdoor generator was cutting in and out. When he went outside to check on the problem, he saw flames. Yell managed to get his dogs and a new litter of puppies to safety.
