San Angelo City Council Action, May 3

The council approved an amendment to the ordinance that bans trailers from being parked in residential districts. There is now an exception for trailers being actively loaded or unloaded. Blacktopper Technology was awarded the contract for the city’s seal coat program, for 563-thousand dollars. The city reached agreement with Gary Donaldson Architecture for work on the new livestock barn at the San Angelo Fairgrounds. And, staffing levels at the fire department were changed to providing for 33 drivers and 95 firefighters.
