San Angelo City Council Approves Annexation of Land SW of City

The San Angelo City Council approved the annexation of 200 acres of land southwest of the city limits, today. That includes the Lake Nasworthy Power Station on Knickerbocker Road. Council members voted unanimously to approve allowing the city to issue dept on the Hickory Aquifer project. And, a resolution to bid out construction of the pipeline before the city closes on a 120 million dollar low interest loan was approved, 4-2.
