A single-vehicle accident in Tom Green County blocked traffic for six hours Friday morning. The Highway Patrol says 30-year-old Christopher Blackshear of Desoto was driving a semi-trailer from on US 277 just north of San Angelo when he drove off the right side of the road. He then overcorrected to the left, causing the truck to roll over on its passenger side and block both the north and southbound lanes. Blackshear was cited for failing to drive in a single lane. He and his passenger were transported to Shannon Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries.
