The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a Lake Wind Advisory for an area including Tom Green, Nolan, Coke, Runnels and Concho counties. It's in effect from 10 AM to 7 PM. South winds of 20 to 30 miles an hour with gusts to 35 miles an hour will cause a rough chop on area lakes. Small boats will be especially prone to capsizing.
