The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a flash flood watch for a portion of West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley. It's in effect through tomorrow morning. Heavy rainfall of one to three inches, with localized amounts near four inches, is expected today and tonight. Runoff from this rainfall, combined with moisture from rain earlier this week might result in flash flooding of roads, low water crossings, creeks and streams and urban areas.
