The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for parts of West Central Texas including the Concho Valley. Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected today. They could be accompanied by frequent lightning and heavy rainfall. With many area already saturated, there is a potential for flooding.
