Fortunately, no one was home when fire broke out in a two-story residence on East Harris Avenue early Wednesday morning. It took two dozen firefighters and some 35-thousand gallons of water to finally put out the fire after it had burned for about an hour. Cause of the fire is under investigation by the state fire marshalls office.
