Lake View Heroes Drive in San Angelo, which runs from Travis Street east to State Highway 208, is now complete and will have its official grand opening this morning. The city will hold the ceremony at the intersection of Lake View Heroes Drive and Travis Street at 10 o'clock. It was originally called 50th Street, but was renamed last December at the request of City Councilman Dwain Morrison.
