Members just re-elected to the San Angelo City Council officially began their new terms Tuesday. Following a canvassing of votes, Paul Alexander, Johnny SIlvas and Kendall Hirschfield were sworn in as was Police Chief Tim Vasquez. The council also unanimously elected Silvas to be Mayor Pro Tem.
