San Angelo homeowners can go back to watering their lawns twice a week, before noon and after 6 PM. After recent rainfall, he city is returning to Drought Level One. Public Works Director Will Wilde told the city council Tuesday that the OH Ivie Reservoir and local lakes have added more than five-thousand-acre feet of water.
