A couple of hazardous weather conditions to watch out for today in West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley: the National Weather Service at San Angelo says this morning patchy areas of dense fog will restrict visibilities to a quarter of a mile. And later today, between noon and 6, scattered strong thunderstorms will develop just about anywhere in the area. The strongest storms could produce large hail and deadly cloud to ground lightning.
