Angelo State has a new Vice President of Student Affairs. Doctor Javier Flores, a West Texas native with more than twenty years' experience in higher education, will take the post effective July first. Flores will oversee Admissions, Financial Aid, Career Development, Housing and Residential Programs, Student Life and several other areas. The Sonora native has spent the last two years as Provost of Howard College's Big Spring campus.
