Mitt Romney's victory in Tuesday's Texas primary has given him more than enough delegates to clinch the Republican presidential nomination. The GOP race for U.S. Senate wound up in a runoff between the top two vote-getters: Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst and former Texas Solicitor General Ted Cruz. They will face off on July 31st.
