San Angelo police have arrested two very young burglary suspects. Officers responding to a report of two suspicious subjects at Joe's Barber Shop on East 19th found the front window broke out and two juveniles, ages 11 and 13, burglarizing the place. Police say they had stolen a small amount of cash and had tried to break in to an adjacent business. The kids were booked into the Tom Green County Juvenile Justice Center.
