Above-Average Precipitation Recorded

Finally, some good news rain-wise: San Angelo is well ahead of its normal rain- and snow precipitation for this time of year. As we dry out from recent wintry rain and snow that added an additional three-tenths of an inch or more to the total, the Weather Service says we've now received over three-and-a-half inches of moisture for 2012. That's about an inch-and-a-half more than normal and far ahead of this time last year, when the Concho Valley had received less than an inch of rain and snow.
