U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson, speaking at Angelo State University, expressed her continuing support for Goodfellow Air Force Base. Hutchison also backs ASU's Center for Security Studies, which she helped fund and visited on Thursday afternoon. The ASU visit was one of several in Texas for Hutchison, who is retiring from the Senate.
