San Angelo`s latest Most Wanted is a fugitive sought for sex crimes involving a minor. 58-year-old Futoso Lozano Puente is 5-8, 175 pounds with black and grey hair and brown eyes and scars on his arms from acid burns. His last known vehicles were a 2002 teal-blue Chevy Malibu and a late 90's green Chevy pickup, both with New Mexico plates.
