The Texas Department of Transportation has announced the appointment of the new District Engineer for the San Angelo District. Tracy Cain most recently served as the Director of Transportation Planning and Development for the Amarillo District. He replaces John Obr, who was promoted from District Engineer to Director of Construction for TxDOT in November after one year in San Angelo.
